Rubber lining inspections can be tricky as there are no training courses for the same.
Apart from the usual spark test, hardness & thickness checks, and adhesion test…there is much more.
Decades of application experience and maintenance inspections, helped train our eyes in estimating the service life of the rubber-lining and envisage any problems that may lead to unplanned plant shut downs.
We provide support during pre-commissioning and annual shut down maintenance.
We also provide root-cause analysis of failures at site, which needs to be done to prevent further occurrences.
Painting inspections can be arranged by NACE certified inspectors who are associated with us
